Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or provide written parental consent for services.
5.4 Conduct
We strive to maintain a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
- Behaves in a disruptive, threatening, or abusive manner
- Appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of substances

6. Service Guarantee and Satisfaction

If you experience any issues with your service (such as chipping, lifting, or other problems) within 7 days of your appointment, please contact us. We will evaluate the situation and may offer:
- Complimentary repair or correction
- Adjustment to the service
- Credit toward future services (at our discretion)
To be eligible for corrections, you must have followed proper aftercare instructions provided by your technician.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management. Generally:
- We do not provide cash refunds for completed services
- We prefer to correct issues through complimentary repairs or service credits
- Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of service

7. Health and Safety Standards
Posh Nails Salon operates in compliance with all Illinois Department of Public Health regulations and follows strict sanitation protocols:

- Single-use items are disposed of after each client
- All technicians maintain current Illinois cosmetology or nail technician licenses

Infectious Conditions
For the safety of all clients and staff, we cannot provide services to clients with:
- Active fungal, bacterial, or viral infections of the nails, hands, or feet
